Seaweed n Stuff is the name of our wee beach hut in the garden.

In our shop we sell a range of preserves, pickles and chutneys that incorporate different types of seaweed, nautical gifts and luxury home-made ice cream.
Everything in the shop is hand-made by Julie and Gavin with the exception of a few of the gift items.

Our Ice Cream is a treat to behold!
Made using only natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives.
No run-of-the-mill flavours here... choose from Strawberry & Rose, Blueberry & Violet, Bramble & Raspberry Cocktail, Pear & Ginger, Boozy Sultana
and other seasonal flavours when available.
The ice cream is available in 120ml tubs to take away.

Julie's preserves are far from ordinary too.
Again, made using natural ingredients, maybe you will be tempted by Apricot & Amaretto, Bramble Gin or Strawberry & Pimm's?

Fancy something savoury instead? Why not try some delicious relish or chutney? Perfect with cheese or cold meat.
Choose from Chilli Peach & Kombu Chutney, Tomato & Dulse Relish or Pineapple Chutney with Shony... everyone's favourite.

Why is seaweed so healthy?
Seaweed is so good for us because itís packed with nutrients. Seaweed absorbs minerals directly from sunlight and the ocean. When seaweed is dried,
moisture is removed and the minerals become more concentrated.
As a result, seaweed is the most mineralised vegetable on Earth. It contains all 56 elements essential for our health in a similar ratio to human blood.
Itís a good source of fibre, protein, calcium, iron and iodine. Seaweed is low in fat, suitable for vegans and gluten-free. Thatís why itís called 'the superfood of the sea.í

This deep-water kelp is a smooth flavour enhancer and a mineral-rich, healthy salt alternative.
