Highland Favourite - Traditional Scots porridge topped with Pears cooked
in Stem Ginger Syrup.
Feelin' Peachy - Fresh Peaches and Raspberries poached in Marsala Wine
served with Greek-style Yogurt.

Black Pudding Bites - Simon Howie Perthshire Black Pudding slices,
served with Pan-fried Apple and Thyme.

To Follow

Scrambled Eggs - Locally-sourced Free Range Eggs served with
Smoked Salmon on a Cream Cheese & Chive topped muffin.

Skirlie Pudding - Served with locally-sourced Smoked Bacon,
Pork Sausages, a Poached Egg and Roasted Vine Tomatoes.

Banana Pancakes - Freshly-made Buttermilk Pancakes, topped with Caramelised Banana and Drizzled with home-made Butterscotch Sauce.

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 08:00 and 09:30.

There is also a selection of Cereals, Fresh Fruit Salad, Toast, Fruit Juice,
 Home-made Preserves, Tea and Coffee.
